We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy GP Practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership, organisational and communication skills who is passionate about delivering high quality patient care and supporting an effective, patient focused primary care service.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the Practice, maintaining high standards of patient carer, staff well-being, contractual requirements, regulatory compliance and financial management.

Our Practice team comprises of General Practitioners, Advanced Nurse Clinician, Clinical Pharmacist, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistant, Administration and Reception personnel.  

We will offer a competitive salary (dependent on Qualifications and Experience), NHS Pension Scheme, 6 weeks Annual Leave (FT Pro-Rata) plus Bank Holidays; Membership of Healthshield (for additional healthcare benefits)
