Multi Trade Operative

We’re looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to carry out social housing maintenance work across Leicester.

You must be confident carrying out cap and cove flooring alongside other multi-trade duties, working to a high standard across both void and tenanted properties.

This Multi Trade Operative role offers:

• £220 per day
• Ongoing work
• Work across Leicester
• A mixture of void and tenanted properties
• CIS or self-employed payments available

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you’ll be carrying out:

• Cap and cove flooring
• Carpentry and joinery
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Patch plastering

I’d love to speak to Multi-Trade Operatives who have:

• Previous cap and cove flooring experience (essential)
• Multi-trade experience
• Their own van
• A full, valid driving licence
• The ability to travel across Leicester
