Cleaner

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking and customer-focused Cleaner to join a property services team based in Gloucester.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across communal areas, independent living schemes and residential properties, ensuring all environments are clean, hygienic, safe and welcoming for residents and visitors.Key Responsibilities:Carry out general cleaning duties, including hoovering, dusting, sweeping and mopping.Follow cleaning schedules to ensure all sites are maintained to the required standards.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across communal and residential areas.Provide a friendly, professional and helpful service to residents and visitors.Keep cleaning cupboards tidy, organised and fully stocked.Follow health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations.Identify and report repairs, maintenance issues, hazards and safety concerns.Recognise and report safeguarding concerns or anti-social behaviour.Work independently while also supporting colleagues to ensure effective service delivery.Skills & Experience Required:Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.Understanding of health and safety procedures, including COSHH.Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.Reliable, organised and hardworking approach.Full UK driving licence desirable.This Role is paying £17 per hour via Umbrella, on an initial 3 month contract.If you have relevant cleaning experience, take pride in delivering a high standard of work and are available for a new 3-month contract, we would love to hear from you.
