Stock Condition Surveyor

I’d Love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Stock Condition Surveyor/Damp and Mould Surveyor within social housing.

As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will be:

• Conducting stock condition surveys on tenanted and non-tenanted properties
• Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
• Identify the root cause of maintenance issues 
• Identifying hazards, damp and mould issues and property condition defects
• Conduct minimum 30 surveys per week

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking stock condition surveys to residential properties
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
• Experience within social housing
• Knowledge and is up to date with HHSRS and Awaab's Law 

The interim role is offering:

• 5 month contract
• Weekly pay Via Umbrella
• The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £33.60 per survey
• 0.45p mileage from office to sites
