Working across Northamptonshire
Northamptonshire is well connected by the M1, A14, A45 and A43, so whether you live in Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby or Daventry, the commute is usually manageable. The county’s strong motorsport links, including Silverstone on its border, make it a great place if you’re passionate about cars. It’s also a mix of town and countryside, with steady demand for MOTs, servicing and repairs.
What you will bring

3 to 6+ years workshop experience
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience with servicing, repairs, clutches and cambelts
A team player who values customer service and workshop culture
Full UK driving licence
Relevant qualifications beneficial but experience and attitude are the priority

Why join?
This workshop is looking to replace a valued team member and is keen to attract an experienced technician who can strengthen its diagnostic capability. The business prides itself on long-term staff development and will support additional training requests where they are beneficial to both the individual and the company.
