Service Advisor Jobs | Flexible Contracts Experienced Service Advisors Wanted Across the Coventry Region Autotech Recruit is currently recruiting for automotive Service Advisor roles across Coventry and the wider West Midlands, including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Solihull, Worcester, Telford and Stoke-on-Trent. Our network spans dealerships, garages and workshops throughout the region, with flexible contract opportunities available across multiple sites. This is a chance to work with some of the UK’s leading automotive brands as an experienced Service Advisor, with the variety and flexibility to choose when and where you work. What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming customers and guiding them through their service visit, start to finish

Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance

Liaising with technicians, parts teams and customers

Keeping customers informed on progress and repair times

Recommending additional products and services where appropriate

Delivering excellent customer service at every touchpoint

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and systems

You will need: 
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional, strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You’ll adapt to new environments and systems, manage multiple tasks and solve problems proactively, and bring a professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail, along with the flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise. What we offer:
