Welcoming customers and guiding them through their service visit, start to finish

Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance

Liaising with technicians, parts teams and customers

Keeping customers informed on progress and repair times

Recommending additional products and services where appropriate

Delivering excellent customer service at every touchpoint

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and systems

You will need:

Experience as a Service Advisor or in an aftersales role

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Comfortable adapting to new sites and systems

Confident multi-tasker who solves problems proactively

A professional, friendly manner with great attention to detail

Flexibility to take on assignments as they arise
