Service Advisor Jobs | Flexible Work Service Advisor Opportunities Across the Guildford Region We’re recruiting for automotive Service Advisor roles across Guildford and the wider South East, including Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire. We partner with a broad network of dealerships, garages and workshops across the region, giving you access to flexible contract work across several locations. This is a chance to work with some of the UK’s leading automotive brands as an experienced Service Advisor, with the variety and flexibility to choose when and where you work. What you’ll be doing:

Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish

Booking vehicles in for service, repair and maintenance

Communicating with technicians, parts teams and customers

Providing clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times

Upselling additional products and services where appropriate

Ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

Keeping records and systems updated accurately and efficiently

You will need:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Ability to adapt to new environments and systems

Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively

A professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail

Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise
