Service Advisor Jobs | Flexible Contracts Experienced Service Advisors Wanted Across the Sheffield Region We’re looking to fill automotive Service Advisor roles across Sheffield and the wider Yorkshire and Humber region, including Leeds, Bradford, York, Hull, Doncaster, Rotherham, Wakefield and Huddersfield. Our network spans dealerships, garages and workshops throughout the region, with flexible contract opportunities available across multiple sites. If you’re an experienced Service Advisor looking for flexibility, variety and the chance to work with some of the UK’s leading automotive brands, this role gives you the freedom to choose when and where you work. What you’ll be doing:

Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish

Booking vehicles in for service, repair and maintenance

Communicating with technicians, parts teams and customers

Providing clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times

Upselling additional products and services where appropriate

Ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

Keeping records and systems updated accurately and efficiently

You will need:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in aftersales

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Adaptable to new environments and systems

Confidence handling several tasks at once and solving problems proactively

A professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail

Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise
