Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish

Booking vehicles in for service, repair and maintenance

Communicating with technicians, parts teams and customers

Providing clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times

Upselling additional products and services where appropriate

Ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

Keeping records and systems updated accurately and efficiently

You will need: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional, strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You’ll adapt to new environments and systems, manage multiple tasks and solve problems proactively, and bring a professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail, along with the flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise. What we offer:
