SAP S4HANA Rollout Manager

I’m currently looking for an experienced Freelance SAP S/4HANA Rollout Manager for a major transformation programme with one of the Big Four consulting firms, supporting a leading Industrial / Automotive organisation.

Key details:

• Location: Paris
• Working pattern: Paris-based, at least 1 week out of every 2 weeks
• Contract: Freelance
• Start: ASAP / Urgent
• Language: Fluent French and English.

Profile required:

• Around 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong S/4HANA expertise.
• Proven experience managing international S/4HANA rollouts across multiple countries/entities.
• Strong leadership and hands-on experience managing S/4HANA rollout programmes.
• Strong project and people management skills, with experience leading teams of 10–20 people.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven long-term experience with leading consulting firms, with a strong and structured delivery methodology.
• Previous experience working within a Big Four or Tier 1 consulting environment is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced SAP S/4HANA rollout leader who can combine hands-on programme delivery, team leadership, client management and strong consulting methodology within a complex international environment.
