Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Full-time role, based in our London office.

We're looking for a talented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our Brand team.
ABOUT THE Role

We're looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to shape how the world sees and connects with Natoora. This is not a just-posting role. You will get under the skin of the business, finding the people, produce and ideas that make us different, and turn them into compelling, social-first content. From developing our channel strategy and building relationships with chefs and creators to shooting, editing and publishing content yourself, you'll own the process from first idea to final post — bringing Natoora's story to life with creativity, authenticity and a clear sense of what resonates.

As a key member of our brand team, you'll lead Natoora's social presence, telling the stories of our growers, buyers, chefs, shops and wider community. You'll get under the skin of the business, finding the people, produce and ideas that make us different and turning them into compelling content.

You'll be hands-on, spending time across the business to capture authentic, social-first content. From interviews and behind-the-scenes footage to day-in-the-life videos and more considered stories, you'll take ideas from concept through to filming, editing and publication.

You'll manage our Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels, developing a clear strategy, building genuine relationships with our community and finding opportunities to collaborate with chefs and creators.

Alongside video, you'll create photography and copy, including shooting product imagery for Natoora's app and website. You'll manage the editorial calendar, support campaigns for our shops and app, and work with photographers, filmmakers and freelancers on larger productions.

You'll use analytics and audience insight to understand what resonates, identify opportunities for growth and strengthen our social presence, keeping the quality of our community at the heart of everything you do.

ABout you
  • Experience: At least 3 years in social media, content or brand roles.
  • Video and editing: Confident filming, interviewing, directing and editing social-first video. Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut or similar is essential.
  • Photography: Experience shooting and editing product imagery for digital platforms, with a strong eye for composition, detail and consistency.
  • Creative instinct: You know how to find compelling stories in everyday moments and create content that feels natural, engaging and true to the brand.
  • Passion for food: Genuine curiosity about seasonality, sourcing, growers, chefs and the wider food system.
  • Social expertise: Experience managing Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels, with an understanding of platform-specific content and community behaviour.
  • Community building: A natural people person who enjoys starting conversations and building relationships with chefs, growers, creators and customers.
  • Writing: Strong English writing skills and the ability to maintain a warm, knowledgeable and distinctive brand voice.
  • Organisation and collaboration: Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Analytics: Able to interpret social performance and audience insights to inform creative decisions.

What we’re looking for

Experience working with chefs, creators, photographers or filmmakers would be a bonus, as would paid social experience.

Above all, you’re curious, sociable and keen to get stuck in. You love meeting people, asking questions, picking up a camera and telling the stories that bring people closer to Natoora.

Our vision for a better food system is built on real human relationships and a diversity of experience, perspective and ideas. We are committed to equality of opportunity and welcome applications from individuals, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion and/or belief.

Email your CV and social media portfolio to stuart.matthews@natoora.com and tell us why you want to join the team.

Interview

We exist to fix the food system.

People are more cut off from the origins of their food than ever. This makes flavour, nutrition and farming practices that protect the planet, almost impossible to find.

By working directly with growers, we create a more sustainable way forward for farming. By giving everyone the tools to understand the power of our food choices, we empower everybody to become drivers of change.

Now is the time for action. Join the food system revolution.

Go beyond four seasons

Each fruit and vegetable has its own season, with subtle shifts which happen every day. Follow their microseasons to unlock flavour at every stage.

WHAT’S IN SEASON?

Know where your food comes from

We know the name of the people behind everything we source. Recognise their growing artistry to find out exactly where your food comes from (and why that matters).

MEET THE GROWERS

Make your diet diverse

Our growers work with varieties chosen for quality and nutrition, not yield. By selecting their crops you keep heritage seeds in play, add to ecosystem biodiversity and preserve unique flavours.
