Senior Account Manager
Full-time role, based in our London office.
We are looking for a Senior B2B Account Manager to join our B2B team. You will own and grow a portfolio of high-value hospitality accounts across London, reporting to the Head of B2B and working alongside our team of Customer Account Managers.ABOUT THE Role
This is a hands-on, relationship-led role: you will deepen existing partnerships, spot meaningful commercial opportunities, and make sure every kitchen you work with benefits from the breadth of what Natoora can offer. That might mean working around busy service times to find opportunities to talk through through what's coming into season, resolving time sensitive problems, or running a sourcing session for front of house staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow and develop your portfolio. Build deep relationships across your accounts — understanding each kitchen's needs, anticipating changes, and making sure Natoora remains the partner of choice. Identify and act on revenue growth opportunities through range development, volume increases and long-term partnership planning. Run regular account reviews to assess performance and keep your finger on the pulse of each relationship.
Bring new accounts on board. Lead the onboarding of significant new accounts: shape the proposition, lead outreach and set the commercial foundation from day one. Embed new accounts quickly and make sure every client has a smooth, impressive experience from the first conversation.
Own the commercial detail. Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive client issues, resolving them with care and preserving the relationship. Provide regular reporting on account performance — identifying trends, flagging risks and making data-led recommendations to the Head of B2B.
Contribute beyond your portfolio. Lead internal projects that expand sales opportunities across product ranges, new account types and emerging growth areas. Feed insight back into the business — customer trends, product feedback and what you're hearing on the ground. Work closely with buying, operations and the commercial team so that client needs are met with the full capability of the business.
Support team development. Support the onboarding of new Customer Account Managers and help develop our current team, and be on hand to help when major complexities arise.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within food, hospitality or premium FMCG. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales data is a plus.
- Strong commercial instincts: you can spot an opportunity, build a case for it and follow through.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to hold your own in a busy kitchen or a senior client meeting.
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented. When things go wrong, you move fast and keep the relationship intact, and you are comfortable in an agile, flexible environment where no two days look the same.
- You enjoy helping others grow and have the patience to coach them through challenges.
- A genuine passion for food, provenance and the restaurants we supply — you care about this, not just commercially.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work full time in the UK.
First 6 months: your portfolio is stable, relationships are deepening, and you have a clear picture of where the growth opportunities lie; new accounts are onboarded smoothly and set up commercially for the long term.
6 to 24 months: your portfolio is growing profitably; you are a trusted partner to the chefs and buyers you work with; and your insight and contributions are making a visible difference beyond your own accounts.
Email your CV to jobs@natoora.com and tell us why you want to join the team.

We exist to fix the food system.
People are more cut off from the origins of their food than ever. This makes flavour, nutrition and farming practices that protect the planet, almost impossible to find.
By working directly with growers, we create a more sustainable way forward for farming. By giving everyone the tools to understand the power of our food choices, we empower everybody to become drivers of change.
Now is the time for action. Join the food system revolution.
Go beyond four seasons
Each fruit and vegetable has its own season, with subtle shifts which happen every day. Follow their microseasons to unlock flavour at every stage.
WHAT’S IN SEASON?
Know where your food comes from
We know the name of the people behind everything we source. Recognise their growing artistry to find out exactly where your food comes from (and why that matters).
MEET THE GROWERS
Make your diet diverse
Our growers work with varieties chosen for quality and nutrition, not yield. By selecting their crops you keep heritage seeds in play, add to ecosystem biodiversity and preserve unique flavours.
