About the position

LIONPRO is looking for a meticulous and reliable Accountant to ensure high-quality day-to-day accounting across several Group entities.

In this role, you will be an important support to our international finance team, ensuring accurate transaction recording, timely period-end close, and consistently high accounting standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform day-to-day accounting, ensuring accurate processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, and other general ledger transactions.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in line with company procedures.
• Prepare account reconciliations and take part in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Post accruals, prepayments, and other adjusting entries.
• Work closely with Group entity accountants, Market Controllers, and other Finance teams to resolve day-to-day accounting matters.
• Prepare information requested by auditors, tax advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Practical experience in accounting, ideally within an international company or group.
• Good understanding of accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience supporting month-end close and preparing accounting documentation.
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems. SAP experience will be considered an advantage.
• High attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and a thorough approach to work.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good command of English for working in an international environment.
