Year 6 Class Teacher

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Rugby to recruit a Year 6 Class Teacher. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has high expectations for achievement and behaviour, with a supportive upper KS2 team focused on preparing pupils for secondary education. The successful candidate will be confident delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils towards their end-of-year assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the Year 6 curriculum
• Prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments
• Identify learning gaps and deliver targeted interventions
• Promote resilience, independence and positive learning habits
Pre-requisites:

Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
 Proven experience in Primary Education
 A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
