Level 3 Teaching Assistant

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Nuneaton to recruit a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a welcoming Early Years provision with a strong focus on communication, early development and learning through play. You will work alongside experienced practitioners to create engaging experiences that support children’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support children across continuous provision and adult-led activities
• Promote early language, communication and social development
• Assist with observations and assessments in line with EYFS expectations
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environmen
Pre-requisites:

Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
