Y2 Teacher

About the role:

Justteachers is seeking a dedicated Year 2 Teacher for a supportive primary school in the Boston area. This full-time interim position is due to begin in January and will initially run for the first half of the spring term.
The school provides a caring and supportive environment where children are encouraged to become enthusiastic and resilient learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching a Year 2 class on a full-time basis
Delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Preparing pupils for end-of-year assessments
Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

Pre-requisites:

Qualified Teacher Status
Recent experience within Key Stage 1
Excellent organisational skills
Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development
A positive and flexible approach
