Supply Teacher

About the role:

justteachers is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Supply Teacher to work across a variety of primary schools throughout the Boston area. This part-time role is expected to start in January 2027 and continue until Easter 2027, offering a fantastic opportunity for teachers seeking work-life balance while maintaining a rewarding classroom presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across different year groups
• Create engaging and inclusive learning environments
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working within UK primary schools
• Strong classroom management abilities
• Reliable and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
