About the role:

justteachers is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Spalding seeking an inspirational KS2 Primary Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from January 2027. This full-time role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for a well-established class while contributing to the wider school community and supporting pupil achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons
• Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Contribute to school events and wider activities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within KS2
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Commitment to raising pupil outcomes
• Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service
