History Teacher

About the role:
Justteachers Supply Agency is recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic History Teacher to work at one of our partner secondary schools in Rugby. This is a full-time, long-term position commencing in November 2026, with the role anticipated to run until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach History across KS3 & KS4 with full responsibility for classroom teaching
Plan and deliver interesting and challenging History lessons
Maintain high standards of behaviour in accordance with the school’s policies
Support students across a range of abilities, including pupils with SEND

Pre-requisites:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching History up to KS4
Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
