English Teacher

About the role:
Justteachers Supply Agency is currently seeking a motivated and passionate English Teacher to take up a position at one of our established partner secondary schools in Solihull. This is a full-time, long-term placement commencing in December 2026, with the opportunity to remain in the role through to the end of the academic year.
The school provides a positive and encouraging environment where both staff and students are supported to succeed. With a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating and a committed senior leadership team, the school is focused on maintaining high educational standards, promoting excellent behaviour and ensuring all students are given the opportunity to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach English across KS3 & KS4, taking full classroom responsibility
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Maintain positive classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
Support students of varying abilities, including those with SEND

Pre-requisites:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching English up to KS4
Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
