Art Teacher

About the role:
Justteachers Supply Agency is recruiting for an enthusiastic and creative Art Teacher to work at one of our partner secondary schools in Warwick. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity commencing in January 2027 and is expected to run until the end of the academic year.
The school provides a positive and well-managed learning environment, supported by an approachable senior leadership team who are committed to maintaining high standards. With a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating, the school has a well-established Art department where creativity is encouraged, and students are supported in developing their artistic abilities through engaging lessons and a broad creative curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Art lessons across KS3 & KS4, with full classroom responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons
Promote positive behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment
Adapt teaching to support students across a range of abilities, including SEND

Pre-requisites:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching Art up to KS4
Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
