You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, supporting IT projects, process improvements, policy management, and business operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Location: LondonEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: Negotiable (Up to £40,000)ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support IT projects from planning through executionLiaise with internal stakeholders and external IT vendorsManage and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentationSupport Microsoft 365 and general IT infrastructure operationsProvide internal IT support, including PC setup and account administrationAssist with onboarding and offboarding processesPrepare and manage IT-related reports and documentationSupport business process improvement initiatives, including AI-related projectsContribute to office administration and general operational activitiesRequirementsExperience in IT Support, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or IT Project SupportBusiness-level English communication skillsBasic knowledge of IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365Strong coordination and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsJapanese language skillsExperience supporting or coordinating IT projectsVendor management experienceExperience working in the financial services sectorExposure to process improvement or digital transformation initiativesIdeal CandidateLooking to move from IT Support into IT Project Coordination or Project ManagementInterested in gaining broader exposure to both IT and business operationsComfortable working in a small, collaborative team environmentInterested in building a career within a Japanese global organisation Please note: Applicants must hold a valid UK visa with at least one year remaining.
