A vacancy has arisen for a Ready mix Sales & Distribution Co-ordinator within our buy ready mix department in our Glenrothes office. The role will involve dealing with customers mainly via telephone and email and occasionally face to face, working closely with our sales team and out ready mix batchers & drivers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, customer service awareness, work well in a small team as well as on their own and have the ability to process information accurately. Excel skills are essential.

Main duties include:

• Receiving and processing orders

• Planning and scheduling haulage to ensure deliveries are made on time

• Liaising with customers and ready mix plants
