About the role

Project Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Project Executive to support the successful planning and delivery of a varied portfolio of projects. This role would suit someone who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams, building positive relationships and ensuring that projects remain on track, within scope and aligned with agreed objectives.

Working closely with project leads, internal teams and external partners, you will provide reliable administrative and operational support throughout the project lifecycle. You will help turn plans into measurable outcomes by maintaining clear records, monitoring progress and ensuring that actions are followed through.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activity, timelines, meetings and communications across a range of workstreams.
  • Prepare agendas, papers, minutes, progress reports and updates for project and governance meetings.
  • Maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, action trackers and other relevant documentation.
  • Monitor milestones, budgets and resource requirements, escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Support the implementation of project processes, quality checks and reporting requirements.
  • Arrange meetings, workshops and events, ensuring that logistics and follow-up actions are managed effectively.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve project delivery.

About you

You will have experience in a project coordination, executive support or similar role, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong organisational skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication. You should be confident working with spreadsheets, presentation software and project management tools, and be comfortable producing accurate reports and maintaining detailed records.

A practical, solution-focused approach will be important, as will the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team. You will demonstrate sound judgement, attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information. Experience of working within a structured project, programme or governance environment would be advantageous.

What is offered

This is an opportunity to develop your project management experience in a collaborative and varied environment, with exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and initiatives. If you are dependable, motivated and keen to make a tangible contribution, we would welcome your application.
