SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / HR Systems Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join a global IT team supporting the ongoing development and transformation of a hybrid HR technology landscape, combining SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4) and SAP SuccessFactors.

Working closely with HR stakeholders and IT colleagues across multiple international locations, you will play a key role in enhancing existing SuccessFactors modules, delivering system integrations and supporting the implementation of new HR technology capabilities.

This is a varied role combining hands-on system expertise, stakeholder engagement, technical project delivery and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• System Development: Support, maintain and enhance SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Learning, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting.

• HR Transformation: Lead or contribute to technical transformation projects involving the introduction of additional SuccessFactors capabilities, including Career & Talent Development, Employee Central, and future Employee Central Time Management and Payroll implementations.

• Systems Integration: Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP H4S4, external applications and cloud-based solutions using REST APIs, OData and SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR teams, key users and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, develop solution concepts and communicate technical solutions effectively.

• Project Delivery: Take responsibility for assigned project activities, including planning, coordination and delivery of HR systems transformation initiatives.

• Vendor Management: Engage and manage external service providers, coordinating consultancy and implementation activities to ensure effective delivery.

• Technical Support: Provide second-line support for HR technical services, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the stability and performance of HR systems.

Skills & Experience

• At least three years of experience working with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors in an enterprise environment.

• A degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Learning, Performance & Goals and Recruiting.

• Experience contributing to SuccessFactors implementation projects; knowledge of Employee Central and Career & Talent Development would be advantageous.

• Proven experience delivering system integration projects, ideally involving REST APIs, OData and SAP Integration Suite / CPI.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate HR requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Experience coordinating external suppliers or managing vendors within IT projects.

• Good English language skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.

• Knowledge of SAP HCM / H4S4 and core HR processes would be advantageous.
