Join an established international manufacturing company investing in its enterprise-wide AI transformation. With approximately 120 potential AI use cases already identified, the business is building an internal AI function to evaluate opportunities, improve processes and deliver measurable commercial benefits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and prioritise AI opportunities, considering business value, technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, gather requirements and translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, Engineers and IT teams to develop solution concepts and implementation roadmaps.
• Prepare decision papers for management and maintain a structured AI backlog, documentation and demand management framework.

Requirements

• Essential: Several years\' experience in AI consulting, requirements engineering, business analysis, demand management or related digital transformation disciplines.
• Essential: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning and intelligent automation, alongside their practical business applications.
• Essential: Proven ability to assess business requirements, define use cases, develop business cases and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Essential: Excellent German and English communication skills; experience in manufacturing, SAP environments or enterprise transformation is advantageous.
