Join an established international manufacturing organisation investing in an enterprise-wide AI transformation. The business has identified approximately 120 potential AI use cases across functions including Finance, Sales, Marketing and Purchasing, and is now building the internal technical capability to take these opportunities into production.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide AI architecture, technology standards, governance principles and integration approaches.
• Identify and evaluate AI opportunities, design scalable solutions involving generative AI, AI agents and intelligent automation, and oversee their technical implementation.
• Select suitable platforms and technologies, balancing business value, scalability, security and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with management, business departments, internal IT teams and external partners to integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Essential: Senior experience architecting complex software, data or AI solutions, including demonstrable hands-on AI implementation.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, AI platforms, integration architectures and modern cloud/data technologies.
• Essential: Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable and commercially viable technical solutions.
• Essential: Excellent German and English communication skills; experience with SAP, Microsoft 365 or enterprise manufacturing environments is advantageous.
