Dubs is a Neocarrier. We run city logistics as one company: our own drivers, fleet and software, together with the companies and entrepreneurs who drive with us, as one accountable system where every task is tracked, confirmed and reported. We run deliveries, pickups, on-site jobs and assembly for companies of every size, from scaleups to enterprises.

About the role

Operations Specialists own an operation end to end. It might be a client, a city or a service, and it’s yours from launch to steady running: you plan capacity against volume, set the standard the work is done to, and show the client in numbers how it went.

You’ll work between our clients, our drivers and our partner fleets, and with the founders on how the operation grows. It suits someone who’s as much at home in a spreadsheet as at a loading dock, and who wants the result to carry their name.

What you’ll do

• Own client operations: be the person a client calls, and the person who already knows what happened.

• Plan capacity: match drivers and vehicles, ours and our partners’, to volume, peaks and seasons, so no order is turned away and no vehicle sits idle.

• Launch new work: set up new services, cities and pilot areas, from routes and time windows to instructions, checks and training.

• Report in numbers: go through on-time deliveries, failed stops and cost with the client and the team every week, and act on what they show.

• Build processes that hold: turn recurring problems into standard work, and check that it’s followed.

• Keep partner fleets to our standard: every driver and vehicle working for Dubs meets the same bar, whoever owns the vehicle.

What you bring

• Three or more years in logistics, transport, e-commerce fulfilment or field operations, with responsibility for results, not only tasks.

• Comfort with data: you build the spreadsheet yourself and you know what the numbers mean on the street.

• Clear communication with clients, drivers and partners alike. You can run a client meeting and a driver briefing in the same morning.

• A habit of writing things down so others can follow them.

• Fluent English. Finnish is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• You’ve launched a new city, client or service before.

• Lean or Six Sigma training.

• Experience working with subcontractors or partner fleets.
