Dubs is a Neocarrier. We run city logistics as one company: our own drivers, fleet and software, together with the companies and entrepreneurs who drive with us, as one accountable system where every task is tracked, confirmed and reported. We run deliveries, pickups, on-site jobs and assembly for companies of every size, from scaleups to enterprises.

About the role

Operations Associates keep the day running. You make sure the right drivers are on shift, the vehicles are ready and every task closes with proof: a photo, a signature, a name. You work on the ground and in our software, and when a time window moves, a vehicle goes down or a driver is stuck at a locked gate, you’re the first to act.

It’s a hands-on role for someone who likes a full day and a clear result at the end of it. You’ll learn how city logistics works from the inside, and there’s room to take on more as the operation grows.

What you’ll do

• Run the day’s shifts: check drivers in, match vehicles to the work and keep the schedule current as the day changes.

• Be the first call for drivers on the road: a closed loading dock, a wrong address, a customer who isn’t home.

• Check vehicles before and after shifts, follow up on what drivers report and get faults to the workshop.

• Keep clients informed when a time window, a route or a stop changes, before they have to ask.

• Look after proof of delivery: make sure every stop closes with photos, a signature or a name, and chase the ones that don’t.

• Notice what keeps going wrong and bring the team a fix, not just the problem.

What you bring

• Calm under pressure: you stay clear-headed when the plan changes at six in the morning.

• Clear Finnish and English, spoken and written. You’ll talk to drivers, clients and customers in both.

• A B driving licence, and you’re comfortable moving a vehicle when it’s needed.

• Confidence with apps and spreadsheets, and you pick up new tools quickly.

• Reliability: early starts and the odd weekend shift don’t put you off.

Nice to have

• Experience in delivery, logistics, warehousing, hospitality or any job where the day never goes to plan.

• Swedish, or another language spoken in our cities.

• You know your way around the city you’d work in.
