About Dubs

Dubs is a Neocarrier. We run city logistics as one company: our own drivers, fleet and software, together with the companies and entrepreneurs who drive with us, as one accountable system where every task is tracked, confirmed and reported. We run deliveries, pickups, on-site jobs and assembly for companies of every size, from scaleups to enterprises.

About the role

No role here fits? Tell us what you’d do at Dubs. We hire for drive first and skill second, we read every open application, and we’ve hired this way before.

Tell us which problem you’d take on, why it matters and what you’ve done that shows you can. A link to something you’ve built, led or fixed says more than a long letter.

What we look for

A clear idea of what you’d work on at Dubs and why it matters.
Proof that you do things: something you built, led or fixed that others overlooked.
Honesty about what you’re great at and what you’re still figuring out.
The will to work across teams. Most problems here don’t have one owner.

Especially interested in

Sales and partnerships, product, finance, marketing and brand, data and analytics, customer success.

We hire on what people can do. Everyone is welcome to apply, whatever their background.

Apply for this role

We read every application and get in touch if there’s a fit. If there’s no opening right now, we’ll keep your application for 12 months, if you agree.
