  • Support users in day-to-day activities relating to Requirements Management, Document Management, Content Management, and Engineering Data Management within Teamcenter.
  • Guide users through the transition from legacy CAD systems and processes to Siemens NX, ensuring effective adoption and adherence to defined ways of working.
  • Assist users with the creation, management, retrieval, and exchange of engineering data and documentation.
  • Support the integration and business processes between Siemens Teamcenter and SAP ERP, including data exchange, document synchronization, and engineering-to-manufacturing workflows.
  • Provide user support for Technical Publications authoring and delivery processes, including the management and publication of technical documentation using RapidAuthor and related technical communication tools.
  • Support content creation, structured authoring, technical publications management, and content lifecycle processes to ensure high-quality deliverables for engineering and service documentation.
  • Assist users with RapidAuthor, Teamcenter Content Management, and Technical Publication workflows, including troubleshooting content generation, publishing, and data consumption issues.
  • Deliver practical coaching, knowledge transfer, and user guidance to improve confidence, competence, and productivity.
  • Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and training needs, providing feedback to project and technical teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, and user guidance materials.
  • Monitor user adoption and proactively engage with stakeholders to encourage best practice use of deployed solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, PLM, CAD, training, and project teams to support business objectives.
  • Support future Siemens Xcelerator capability deployments, including Configuration & Variance Management, Electrical & Mechanical Routing, Technical Publications, Content Management, and other engineering processes as they are introduced.

Skills and experience

  • Experience providing end-user, at-elbow, desktop, or application support within engineering, manufacturing, or product development environments.
  • Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and/or Siemens NX.
  • Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Technical Publications, Content Management, and engineering data management principles.
  • Experience supporting Teamcenter integrations with SAP ERP or other enterprise business systems.
  • Familiarity with technical publication workflows, structured content management, and engineering documentation processes.
  • Experience supporting RapidAuthor or similar technical authoring and content publishing solutions.
  • Experience supporting document control, requirements management, or engineering change processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application, process, and user-related issues in a structured and customer-focused manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering user coaching, training, or knowledge transfer activities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical expertise.

  • Knowledge of simulation workflows and the consumption of CAD data within engineering analysis processes.
  • Experience supporting Configuration & Variance Management.
  • Experience working within aerospace, defence, automotive, manufacturing, or other complex engineering environments.
