  • Advise Sales, Pre-Sales, and delivery teams on solution architecture options, implementation approaches, and future roadmap considerations.
  • Ensure end-to-end solution coherence by validating that multiple workstreams, systems, and integrations operate together effectively.
  • Develop, maintain, and promote architectural standards, templates, and best practices to drive consistency and quality across projects.

  • Experience leading architectural design, process integration, and business transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Capable of working independently, determining appropriate solutions, methods, and approaches for projects of varying complexity, while providing technical leadership and architectural expertise.
  • Work in agile teams across consulting, design, technical, and industry specialists
  • Prepare clear, structured outputs for clients, from reports to visual process maps
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence customers, project teams, and senior business leaders.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and strategic technology roadmaps.
  • Commitment to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and promotion of architectural standards, best practices, and lessons learned across project teams and communities of practice.
