Finance & Accounts Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day finance function of our Dubai office. The successful candidate will manage month-end reporting, treasury, payroll and regulatory compliance, and will work closely with external auditors, tax advisers and legal counsel to ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial operations.   Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with external professional firms for the annual audit and financial statements, the annual corporate tax return, and quarterly VAT filings, including the implementation of e-invoicing. Support the month-end close process. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor treasury positions on a weekly basis. Prepare quarterly and annual cash flow budgets. Support and ensure compliance with all regulatory filings. Process payments and employee expense reimbursements. Administer payroll and maintain the employee annual leave register. Liaise with internal and external lawyers on company filings, including resolutions and other legal documents. Support investment funding and tracking, and calculate distributions upon the sale of investments. Undertake ad hoc finance duties as required. Requirements: Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of Dubai accounting, tax rules and regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Fluent English. Proactive, able to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team. ID: ZC224481
