This role involves but is not limited to:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial property.

• Investment and trading property acquisitions.

• Preparing documentation such as contracts to finalise transactions.

• Commercial leases.

• Ex landlord and tenant matters.

• Refinancing next development matters.

• Conduct of matter on behalf of clients.

• Management of support services, including supervision of Trainees and Assistants.

• Dealing with any queries raised by clients on particular matters.

Requirements:

• Legal qualification.

• Able to demonstrate specialist knowledge of Commercial property law.

• Ability to provide a commercial approach in order to deliver economic solutions.

• Must be proactive and take initiative.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong technical and research skills.

• Flexible attitude towards working practises and the ability to adapt.

• Must be approachable and responsive to both colleagues and clients.

• Must be professional and courteous in all dealings.
