Technical Advisor - Video Surveillance and Intrusion Security

Tasks and responsibilities
In this varied and independent role, you will be responsible for advising and supporting customers, as well as sharing information and expertise in the fields of intrusion detection and video surveillance. Your main responsibilities will include:

Advising, assisting and guiding customers in resolving technical issues, particularly over the phone.
Supporting the Sales Managers by helping them address customers’ technical questions.
Sharing information and knowledge about new market trends and developments.

Above all, you are motivated and enjoy working as part of a team to continuously improve the quality of our customer support.
You are eager to learn, curious and enthusiastic about discovering new technologies. Through training provided by our suppliers and knowledge-sharing with your colleagues, you are keen to deepen your technical knowledge of brands such as Dahua, Hikvision and Ajax in the fields of intrusion detection, video surveillance and video intercom systems.
You have basic technical knowledge of computer networks.
You have good communication skills, both spoken and written, in Dutch and English.
You are customer-focused and quality-oriented, with strong empathy and the ability to understand customers’ needs and provide the most appropriate solutions.
