Senior Product Manager (HTML5 Games)

In this role you will

• Work efficiently within a cross-functional team on a daily basis, researching, and implementing the vision of existing & new games.
• Drive and guide the team using expertise, clear reasoning, and a deep understanding of the market and of the business goals.
• Ensure the delivery of agreed-upon output by setting priorities, maintaining focus, and asking the right product questions.
• Understand the vision of the game, and communicate it clearly to the team and to stakeholders.
• Provide the team with suggestions and solutions for improving ideas and game features.
• Maintain and prioritize the ideas and features backlog.
• Identify and implement ways to improve working practices in the department in order to increase efficiency, focus on the right priorities, and maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

What we’re looking for

• Deep understanding of the HTML5 games market, including current developments and best practices.
• Ability to understand analytics reports, KPIs, and user research, and use these tools to make informed decisions.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, prioritize, and address challenges that arise during the product lifecycle.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Trello, or other project management software.
• Excellent ability to balance business, creative needs, timelines, and user experience in the creation of new games.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
• First-rate interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners.
• Ability to focus on the bigger picture while simultaneously paying close attention to details.
• Ability to prepare presentations, product specifications, and work on product requirements.

Your experience

• At least 5 years of experience with leading game projects, and a solid grasp of free-to-play mechanics, ad-tech, and web distribution.
• Proven experience in launching HTML5 games.

Compensation

Initial salary for the position will be shared prior to the first interview.
