Project Manager (with English)

We are looking for an experienced professional who will manage projects on the engineering design and R&D side in line with the project scope, schedule, and budget.

Location: Orzesze

Key responsibilities

  • Developing project schedules in cooperation with the required departments (Design, Automation).
  • Close cooperation with the appointed project team within the managed projects.
  • Coordinating activities and supervising the correct execution of business assumptions (scope, schedule, and project budget).
  • Monitoring progress and reporting current project status updates.
  • Managing project risks and changes to the project baseline plan.

Requirements

  • Higher technical education (preferred fields: Mechanical Engineering / Machine Design, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects through a full project lifecycle—from analysis, through implementation, to deployment/rollout; experience in heavy industry sectors preferred.
  • Strong planning skills and excellent work organization.
  • Analytical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build effective project teams.
  • Independence and accountability for managed projects.
  • English proficiency enabling fluent communication with directors, the Management Board, and an international team.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
