HR Business Partner


To provide support to production managers and employees in achieving business objectives by implementing and developing HR processes, as well as advising on employment, development, motivation, and communication.

Location: Orzesze PL

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with managers in the areas of recruitment, employee development, and retention.
  • Implement HR projects supporting the business strategy (including performance reviews, trainings, career paths).
  • Analyze HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, labor costs) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate recruitment and employer branding processes.
  • Implement HR tools and support internal communication processes.
  • Foster an organizational culture based on collaboration and engagement.

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2–3 years in an advisory/partnering role within a manufacturing company.
  • University degree (preferred: Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Law).
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships and think strategically.
