Production Planner – Orzesze, Poland

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner who will support the smooth execution of customer orders by combining sales requirements with available production capacity.

You will be responsible for maintaining the production plan, monitoring order progress and coordinating priorities with Sales, Production and Logistics.

Location: Orzesze, Poland
Work model: On-site, office-based

Responsibilities

  • Creating and updating production schedules.
  • Managing and releasing production orders in the ERP system.
  • Confirming delivery dates based on available production capacity.
  • Monitoring order execution and reacting to delays or capacity constraints.
  • Analysing workload, production efficiency and planning data.
  • Cooperating closely with Sales, Production, Logistics and other departments.
  • Preparing reports and supporting data-based planning decisions.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in production planning in a manufacturing company.
  • Experience in project-based, low-volume or make-to-order production.
  • Good knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Good organisation and ability to work with changing priorities.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Higher technical education.

    Experience in steel structures, metal processing or heavy industry will be an advantage.
