Job Title: Composite Laminator

Role Conditions:

• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 0600-1400/ 1400-2200
• Overtime available if required
• Up to €250 travel expenses at start/end of contract
• No accommodation provided

About the Role

JMC Aviation is recruiting Composite Laminators to support ongoing production activities in Venagono, Italy. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality composite components in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform composite laminating tasks including wet layup and related processes
• Read and interpret technical drawings and follow work instructions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements
• Maintain safe and clean working practices

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Composite Laminator (wet layup experience required)
• Ability to work shifts as required
• Must speak Italian, English or Spanish 
• Right to work in the EU

Desirable:

• Previous aerospace composite experience
• Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
