Role Conditions

• Contract Length: Ongoing

• Shift Pattern: 2 shifts (Monday–Friday / Saturday overtime, subject to availability)

• Hours per Week: 40–66 hours

• Shift Times: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00

• Tooling Required: No

• Travel Allowance: Up to €250 reimbursed at the start and end of the contract

• Accommodation: Not provided

• Immediate starts available

About the Role

JMC Aviation is recruiting 2 Aircraft Electrical Fitters to support an aircraft production programme in Cameri, Italy.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within an established aerospace environment, supporting the installation, assembly and integration of aircraft electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, route and assemble aircraft electrical wiring systems.

• Carry out wiring harness branch-out activities.

• Install and secure cables using approved clamping methods.

• Assemble, pin and terminate electrical connectors.

• Apply sealants in accordance with technical instructions.

• Perform electrical continuity testing and inspections.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.

• Ensure all work meets aerospace quality and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years’ aircraft production experience.

• Military or commercial aircraft experience.

• Experience with aircraft electrical wiring installation and harness assembly.

• Knowledge of connector installation, cable routing and electrical testing.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.

• English and Italian language skills.

• Right to Work in the EU.

Desirable:

• Previous F-35 experience.

• Military fast-jet aircraft experience.

• Experience within aircraft production programmes.
