Growth Director – Data & AI

Lead growth across the UK market, opening strategic client opportunities, shaping propositions and converting them into lasting commercial relationships. We're looking for a Growth Director – Data & AI to play a key role in accelerating the growth of Inference Group. Reporting directly to one of our Co-Founders, you'll be responsible for originating and winning significant new business, building a high-quality pipeline and developing strategic client relationships. This is not a traditional account management or product sales role. Our clients are buying expertise, judgement and outcomes, so you'll need enough Data & AI and consulting knowledge to understand important business problems, engage credibly with senior leaders and work with our technical teams to shape compelling solutions. You'll take ownership of your market: identifying the right clients, building senior relationships, creating demand, qualifying opportunities and leading complex consulting sales through to close. Location: ideally London based, with flexibility to work remotely alongside regular client and team engagement.
