Automation Developer

Build practical applications, integrations and AI-enabled automation across Python, APIs, data and cloud — using Claude to accelerate delivery and turn manual processes into reliable solutions. We're looking for hands-on Automation Developers to build practical applications, integrations and AI-enabled automation solutions for our clients. You'll work across Python development, APIs, data and cloud services to automate business processes, connect systems and turn operational requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions. A key part of the role is using Claude and other AI development tools to accelerate delivery, build intelligent workflows and solve complex technical problems. This is a delivery-focused consulting role, so you'll be comfortable working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, developing iteratively and taking ownership from requirements through to testing, deployment and support. Your first projects will involve Python, REST APIs, SQL and Microsoft Azure services. Location: hybrid, based in Cape Town, with a minimum of three days per week in our Woodstock office.
