Assistant Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Property, you’ll support the planning and delivery of refurbishment and development projects across our unique estate. Working with contractors, suppliers and colleagues across the business, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

✓ Supporting projects from concept through to completion.

✓ Coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

✓ Monitoring project programmes, budgets and timelines.

✓ Carrying out site inspections to oversee quality, progress and compliance.

✓ Supporting procurement, project documentation and handovers.

✓ Helping deliver projects with minimal disruption to our operations.

What we’re looking for

✓ Experience in construction, refurbishment, or project coordination, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or leisure sectors.

✓ Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities.

✓ Excellent communication skills with a practical, hands-on approach.

✓ Experience with fit-out projects is advantageous.

✓ Knowledge of CDM Regulations is beneficial but not essential.

✓ IOSH qualification is desirable but not essential.
