About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and help drive business growth. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting our digital services and solutions.

What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in digital services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Present our services and solutions to prospects effectively
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM systems
• Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client needs
• Represent &Element at networking events and conferences

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience in digital services or technology
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
• Knowledge of digital marketing and web development services
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
