About the Role

What You'll Do

• Organise team building activities and company events
• Foster positive workplace culture and employee engagement
• Coordinate wellness initiatives and mental health support programs
• Manage office environment and team collaboration spaces
• Facilitate team communication and feedback sessions
• Support onboarding and integration of new team members
• Create fun and engaging workplace experiences
• Monitor team morale and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in team building or culture development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for employee experience
• Experience organising team events and activities
• Knowledge of workplace wellness and team dynamics
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and teams
