About the role
Demand Planner
Belgium, Kortrijk
Our mission 🚀
In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 10 years later, our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for? 🐕
You’re a collaborative, curious planner who enjoys turning data and changing market signals into decisions people can act on. You’re comfortable moving between detail and the bigger picture, influencing with care, and bringing Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain around a shared view of demand. You stay organised, make good decisions, and take action to solve problems.
What will be in your bowl? 🥗
Working alongside your fellow Demand Planner, you’ll:
Turn market signals into a clear demand plan. Take ownership of demand planning for your scope across operational, tactical and strategic horizons. Bring together historical sales, seasonality and insights from Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to help ensure the right products are available in the right quantities for our customers.
Make every forecast smarter. Improving forecast accuracy will be at the heart of your role. Challenge assumptions, investigate gaps between forecasts and actual demand, and fine-tune your approach to reduce bias and better anticipate demand variability.
Bring everyone around one plan. Prepare and coordinate monthly demand reviews with Sales as part of our PEAK (S&OP/IBP) cycle, turning data and market insights into clear recommendations and an aligned demand plan.
Challenge the numbers behind the big moments. Work closely with Sales to review promotional forecasts, test assumptions and build realistic plans for campaigns, product launches and seasonal peaks.
Keep demand and supply in sync. Co-lead weekly demand and supply meetings with our Supply Planner to flag risks early, work through changes and keep plans connected as demand evolves.
Find better ways to plan. Drive improvements in forecasting methods, planning tools and ways of working. Build clear, actionable reports that help teams understand performance and make better decisions.
What skills & tricks should you bring? 🤹
3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning.
Relevant experience with an S&OP/IBP cycle, including demand reviews and supply planning.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions.
Experience standardizing processes, setting KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
A proactive problem-solver, able to plan scenarios and assess risks.
English and/or Dutch language skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and demand planning tools is a plus.
