We are looking for a structured, service-minded, and proactive Operations Assistant to join our Cruise Operations team in Stockholm.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment where no two days are the same.

What you’ll do

As part of our Cruise Operations team, you will assist in planning and delivering cruise calls and shore excursion programs across Sweden.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with planning and preparing cruise programs and shore excursions
• Coordinating hotels, transportation, guides, attractions, and restaurants
• Supporting turnaround and shore excursion operations
• Handling bookings and supplier communication
• Assisting with administrative tasks
• Building strong relationships with cruise line clients and local suppliers
• Supporting operational projects and helping ensure successful cruise calls
• Contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows

Who you are

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Thrive in a busy environment with many moving parts
• Have excellent communication skills in English.
• Enjoy working with both clients and suppliers
• Are comfortable handling multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Are proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Have experience from tourism, hospitality, events, logistics, or operations (an advantage, but not a requirement)
• Understands that successful operations rely on strong supplier partnerships and maintains clear, timely, and professional communication to ensure flawless delivery.

• You enjoy working in a dynamic operational environment and are flexible during the peak cruise season from May through September.
