As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of industrial automation and machine vision projects from initial planning through successful customer handover. You'll coordinate engineering teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams, and ensure every project is delivered with the highest quality, efficiency, and technical excellence.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Lead industrial automation and machine vision projects from planning to successful delivery.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and project activities.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
Communicate with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the project.
Collaborate with Sales and engineering teams on technical solutions and project planning.
Monitor project progress and drive continuous improvement.

Position Requirements

Experience delivering projects in industrial automation, manufacturing, machine vision, or a related engineering field.
Strong understanding of engineering processes and project delivery.
Technical background in automation, electrical, mechanical, or software engineering.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working directly with customers.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects in industrial automation, machine vision, manufacturing, or a related industry.
